Attendance
Employees clock in using the Orbit mobile app to scan a QR code or NFC tag. In addition to the date and time, clocking events record the employee's location, and an optional geo-fence ensures that the employee is at the clock-in point while scanning the tag.
Assignment
Assign employees to areas or patrols at customer sites, or routes between sites. Employees scan checkpoints as they proceed through the assigned area or patrol.
Reporting
Employees report their activities through the Orbit mobile app. Reports include severity levels, the employee's written report, pre-defined actions completed and photos.
Alerts
Employees can send a high-priority alert in case of emergency. Alerts can generate an alarm at other employees at the site and at the control room.
Resource Management
Register your company's organization structure and assign administrators to any level in the organization. Register your customers and customer sites and assign administrators and employees to each customer and site.
